He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clay and Billie Jean Cody (Bennett); his brothers, J. C. and Jeff; and his nieces, Angel Marie, Sarah and Kristen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy Wilson, Debbie Ernst, Jennifer Cody and Robin Cody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in honor of Ed to one's favorite charity.
