He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Hopkins and Alva Hopkins; his siblings, Frank Hopkins and Shirley Bertrand; and his pet Chance.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Donald of Porquis Junction, Jody Hopkins (Colleen) of Porquis Junction and Kellie Arsenault (Marcel) of Iroquois Falls; his grandchildren, Amber, Amanda (Orlando), Grace, Carter, Gilbert and Gabrielle; his great grandchild Selena; and his pet Belle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
In Memoriam donations may be made to the Anson General Hospital Foundation for the purchase of an air bed for the palliative care room and would be appreciated by the family.
