Lewis; her children, Athena Pribanic (Travis Smith) of Milan, Jessica Pribanic (Cody) and Joshua Pribanic (Tara) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Triston, Jaida, Aedon and Ares; and her brother Richard Kotz Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
