He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Russel and Barbara Ann Frazier, Sr. (Brant); and his brother Kenny. He is survived by: his brother Skip Frazier (Melinda); his fiancée Anne Smith; his fiancée's daughter Isabelle; his children, Preston, Lissy, Presley, David Jr., Erin, Sailor, Rocky, Kennedy, Christopher, Harley Ann and William; and his grandchild Dakota.
Due to the COVID-19 health concerns there will be no immediate funeral service.
