He was predeceased by: his parents, George Singler and Ethel Singler (Doerflinger); his wife Alice Louise (Zank); and his siblings, Ethel, Marjorie Gehring, George, William, James and John.
He is survived by: his sons, David Edward of Sandusky, Daniel George (Kathleen Shufflin) of Sylvania and Timothy Richard (Christine Kobylak); his grandchildren, Danielle, Michael and Julia Hartman (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Keegan and Colette Hartman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
