He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Moats of Cincinnati, OH, Lorna Robbins (Dwight) and Dennis Dearth (Lisa) of Toledo, OH; his aunt Carol Priest (Paul) of Kingston, OH; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Justin (Rhonda), Meghan (Jody), Melanie, Kayla, Hannah, Jacob and Ethan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mekay, Liam, Hollis, Autumn, Dawson and Ember. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
