He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Allen and Elizabeth Goodwin; his brother Delbert Allen (Buddy); his stepfather Lloyd Goodwin (Bud); his former wife Burita Allen (Wendy Allen); his stepbrother Theodore Goodwin; and his goddaughter Kelly Goodwin Norvel.

He is survived by: his children, Damon Allen, Rhea Anderson (John) and Danielle Rose Moulton (Justin); his stepson Scott Melching (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alexiss, Brandon, Bryce, Annabelle, Townsend and Paige; his great grandchild Connor; his siblings, Mary Beth Zachary (Bonna) and Rory Allen (Lynn); and his stepbrothers, Daniel Goodwin (Susan) and Scott Goodwin (Sue Cross). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
