He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward B. Shepherd and Kathryn Shepherd (Christman); and his wife Margaret Shepherd (Bickley). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Shepherd of Sandusky and Christopher Atkins (Kendra) of Camarillo, CA.; his granddaughters, Annabelle and Lilah; his sister Kathie Nicholson (Ed) of Chatham, NJ; and his close friend Deb Atkins. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews, and 12 great nieces and nephews.
