He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Schlett and Jean Schlett (Hoffman). He is survived by: his children, William Schlett (Samantha) and Kathryn Hagan; and his sister Linda Lehrer (David). He is also survived by his nieces, grandchildren.
