He was predeceased by: his father Robert Slemp; and his siblings, Marvin Chisenhall and Ava Chisenhall. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Gardner (Todd) of Vermilion, OH; his grandchildren, Emmy Elijah and Caleb; his niece Tiffany Day; and his nephews, Kevin Chisenhall and Sterling Chisenhall.
