He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Rowe; his siblings, Barry Rowe, Sherry Jefferson and Delbert Rowe; and his nephews, Kenny Rowe and Gordon Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie A. Rowe (Harris); his children, Joel Rowe of Sandusky, Tara Kluding (Matt) of Milan and Bret Rowe (Deanna Fox) of Huron; his mother Jane Jaggers of Sandusky; his sister-in-law Patricia Rowe of Sandusky; his nephew Brian Rowe of Sandusky; and his niece Brandy Rowe of Sandusky. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
