He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Bell Hensley; his parents, Henry Hensley and Stella Hensley (Root); and his brothers, Henry Jr (June), Jeff, Edgar (Doc), Theo and Earl Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Rock; his daughters, Rose Jackson (Hensley) and Dianna Hensley; his grandchildren, Zachariah Jackson, Jessica Jackson, Lacey, JaMarius, Josiah, Julia and Ryland; and his siblings, Eugene Hensley (Gloria), Eddie Hensley, Geneva Gibbs and Nannie Mae Bundy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
