He was predeceased by: his children, Clayton Sullivan, Jr. and Dawn Able; and his siblings, Darryl Smith, Herman Smith and Fredia Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Caudill of Sandusky, Angela Fleeman (Jimmy) of Louisiana and Brian Smith of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Felicia, Courtney, Jacob, Ashton and Kayden; his great grandchildren, Makenna and Emma; his brothers, Gene Smith of Washington and Vernon Smith of Sandusky; and his significant other Betty Ann Craig. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
