She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Chaplin and Elsie Meggitt (Brown); and her son Shannon J. McNally. She is survived by: her daughter Cari Voegeli of Ft. Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Casey Voegeli of Ft. Wayne, IN, Chadwyck Voegeli (Anna) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Matthew McNally of Sandusky, Mason McNally of Pompano Beach, FL and Ashley Wick; her significant other Don Ohlemacher; her significant other's son Ben Ohlemacher of Sandusky; her siblings, Judy Sickenger of Norwalk and Richard "Dick" Meggitt of Norwalk; and her caregiver Shelly Ackerman Ditz of Sandusky. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren.
