She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Ann Sweeney of Steubenville, OH, Jacqueline Lynn Welling (Paul) of Steubenville, OH, Barbara Jo Magdalena, David Carl Borsick of Monroeville, OH and Amy Lori Fox (Wayne); and her sister Mary Madonna Cook of Thorn Hill, TN. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; eighteen great-great-grandchildren; fifteen great-great-great grandchildren.
