He is survived by: his children, Gary Gallup (Babette), Rhonda Duncan (Stan), Phillip Gallup (Dawn), Karon Gallup and John Gallup; his stepchildren, Bill O'Connell (Charlene), Kevin O'Connell (Wendy) and Constance Frey; his grandchildren, Mike Gallup (Bev), Stacy Patterson (Nick), Breanna Gallup, Spencer Gallup, Boston Gallup, Luna Gallup and Tara Boltz (Chase); his stepgrandchildren, Kyle O'Connell, Zack, Brian O'Connell, Brendan and Kylar Frey; and his great grandchildren, Alivianna Gallup, Nolan, Scarlett, Violet Patterson, Boston and Brady Boltz.
Charlie's family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Ohio Veterans Home, 3416 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, Ohio 44870.
