He is survived by: his daughter Lily Dobrowolski of Marblehead, OH; his parents, Connie Biro (Michael) of Lakeside and Charles Dobrowolski, Sr. (Denise) of Castalia; his brother Jeff Dobrowolski (Sandy) of Marblehead; his grandmother Janise Meggitt of Marblehead; his niece Monica Dobrowolski (Michael Gregory) of Oregon, OH; his nephew Andrew Dobrowolski of Marblehead; his great-niece Sofia Gregory; and his great-nephew Beckett Gregory. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
