In the vast expanse of eternity, may Charles find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. David and Dorothy David (Gilcher); and his daughter Denise Kay Wells. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Karge); his daughter Charla Johnson (Douglas); his son-in-law Dominic; and his sister-in-law Rose Marie Jonas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David F. Koch Funeral & Cremation Services (520 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
