She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Caudill and Christine Smith (Geason); her stepfather Clayton Smith; her son Richard Michael Cobern; and her grandparents, Woodrow and Bonnie Caudill.
She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Cobern (Seth Routsong Sr.) of Sandusky; her close friend Craig Ahlers; her stepchildren, Luke and Sadie Ahlers; her grandchildren, Makenna Cobern and Seth Jr.; her siblings, Angie Fleeman (Jim) of Louisiana and Brian Smith (Angel) of Sandusky; and her close friend Jennifer Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
