He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey; and his parents, Bernard Smith and Marilyn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughter Janette Smith of Marion; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandrea, Kaitlyn, Chloe and Silas; and his siblings, John Smith (Tina) of Monroeville, OH, Cindy Allen (Bill) of Norwalk and Jan Perkins (Dale) of Norwalk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
