He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Carico; his grandsons, Kyle, Samuel and Aaron Putnam (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Kaden, Corinne, Kinley and Audrey; and his stepchildren, Carolyn Ockerman (Gwynn), Harold Handshoe (Marcella) and Veta Handshoe.
