She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Parker and Hattie Mae Parker; her daughters, Sherrie Zahel and Teresa Steager; and her sister Valarie Markley.
She is survived by: her former spouse Wally Sosa; her spouse Francis "Toney" Zahel; and her nieces and nephews, Cecil Parker Jr., Arlene Sue Herholz and Donita Lawhorn (John). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, for a grand total of 12 children, 33 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
