She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rector "Rex" and Alice Jean Stout (Cooper); her husband Mike Wiley; her siblings, Nancy Faulhaber, Peggy Yost, Judy Haas, Penny Stein and Bill Stout; and her close friend Jack Engelman.
She is survived by: her sister Sue Sanders of Castalia; and her stepchildren, Angela Conner of Basset, WV and Christopher Cline of Port Deposit, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
