She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel S. Bouska; her daughter Jacquelyn Bouska; and her grandson Anthony Puskar. She is survived by: her children, Alice Herbst (Kruse), Lawrence Bouska (Jane) of Strongsville, Jerome Bouska (Pattie) of Medina and Deborah Smart (Randy) of Marblehead; and her brother Roger Herbst (Donna) of Chesterland, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
