She was predeceased by: her daughter Barbara Adkins; her siblings, Donetta Ertle (Paul) and Michael Barrett; her husband Lawrence Culver; her parents, Hezz Barrett and Hazel Barrett (Hensley); her daughter Carrie Marie; and her siblings, Janet Richardson, Sandra Reiger, Darlene Miller and Timothy Barrett.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Courtney Adkins.
