He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Pearl Miller (Howard); his former wife Jacqualyn Mae Miller (Lynn); his wife Alberta Miller (Foul); and his siblings, Delmar Miller, Richard Miller, Marjorie Thomas and Josephine Fox.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Stout of Sandusky; his niece Betty Jeremay; and his grandson John Hicks III of Sandusky.
