For Arthur is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Fortuna and Elizabeth Fortuna (Gurtz). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Fortuna of Huron, Jessica Fortuna of Huron, Laurel Wlodarsky of Toledo and Mikal Wlodarsky of Milan; and his grandchildren, Damien, Devin, Isaiah and Xavier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870).
