She is survived by: her sons, Vincent Munafo, Anthony Munafo (Megan) and Dylan Winkel; her grandson Rocco Munafo; her mother Joyce Fitzpatrick; her stepfather Alan Fitzpatrick; her siblings, Veronica Jaeger, Teresa Peterson (Brian), Peter Palmison (Darlene), Vijay Fitzpatrick (Angela), Sophia Hall (Chad), John Fitzpatrick (Heather) and Esther Fitzpatrick; her former husband Gaetano F. Munafo; and also Eric Winkel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives.
