She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvan Strickfaden and Helene Strickfaden (Hohler); her husband William "Bill" Guendelsberger; her grandsons, Scott and Eren; and her siblings, Agnes, John, Charles and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth, John (Nese), Joe (Cheryl), Jean Horgea (Dan), Dave (Linda), Frank (Laurie), Carl (Wendy), Janet Mazza (Jim), Marie Savord (Dave) and Dan (Susanne); and her sister Ruth Kennedy. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
