She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alden and Ethel Margaret Brookins (Goodin); her grandson Brian Stauder; her siblings, Nancy Sherrard, Mary Steiner, Robert A. and Thomas A. Brookins; and her half-brothers, Raymond, Cyrus and Charles Brookins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Eakin (Gabelman), Aleta L. Stauder (Gabelman) and Michelle Wilhelm (Dyer); her grandchildren, Jennifer Eakin, Jason Eakin, Robert Stauder, Mary Zapata (McEowen) and Leanne James (Wilhelm); her stepgrandchildren, Lonnie, Don, Neila, Gary Lippus and Laurie J. Weyer; her great grandchildren, Derek Seitz, Joey Eakin, Brianna Bernardo (McEowen), Ruben E. Beltran, Tristan, Melina Zapata, Cassitee, Abigail, Maggie James, Isaac and Seth Stauder; and her brother Lee Brookins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
