She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Swaney; her son Kevin Swaney; and her brother Michael Rice. She is survived by: her son Douglas Swaney (Michele); her granddaughter Lindsey Swaney; and her sister Nancy Gfell. She is also survived by sister-in-law Martha Rice, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Back to the Wild, Friends of Magee Marsh, and to Town and Country Players.
