She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Henry and Etheyl Shepherd (Meredith); her son James F. Parker Jr.; her sisters, Charlotte Shults and Debra McDaniel; and her niece Sandy Dye.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Allard (Randy) of Morral; her grandchildren, Jayme Basinger of Upper Sandusky and Adam Allard (Chastity) of Harpster; her great grandchild Lynzie Basinger of Galion; her brother-in-law Ed Shults of Marion; her nephew Todd Shults (Paula) of Upper Sandusky; her great-niece Diana Dye of Delaware; and her nephew-in-law Ples Dye of Marion.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children and can be sent to Lucas-Batton at 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
