He is survived by: his mother Jean Francis of Salinville; his wife Gwen Sturgeon Francis; his children, Sarah Francis (Heather) of Independence, Kentucky and Scott Francis of Cresson, Pennsylvania; his grandson Zachary Francis (Becca); his great grandchild Harper; his sister Marge Grimm (Larry); his nephew Jarrod Grimm (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Cameron Byerly and Audrey Childs.
