She is survived by: her children, Tabetha Brock (John Petrich) of East Palestine, Roy Stokes-Macuich of Salineville and Samantha Macuich (Ron Jackson) of Lisbon; her siblings, Marlene Hardwick (David) of Salem and Stanley Macuich of Virginia; her grandchildren, Hailey Brock (Christian Cechura), Alexis Petrich, Daimen McCormick, Gavin Petrich, Rylie Witherow, Baylen Jackson and Hanley Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Cechura and Ariya Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces / nephews.
