He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. Hall and Mary Frances Hall (Thompson); and his sister Tina Secrest. He is survived by: his wife Deanna L. Hall (Simmons); his children, Jeremy Hall (Jessie) of Salesville, Terri Jean Nielsen (Dan) of Clemmons, NC and Kimberly Zilka (Ben) of Cambridge; his sisters, Vickie Snider of Edgewater, FL and Teresa McBride of Salesville; and his grandchildren, Payton, Ella, Easton and Leah.
In lieu of flowers the Steve Hall Memorial Account has been set up for any contributions at the Citizens National Bank in Quaker City for Local 4H Clubs and the Quaker City Festival.
