He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Duvall and Madelyne Hamilton Duvall; his father-in-law Donald Spicer, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Spicer, Jr. and Clark Donohue.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa E. Spicer Duvall; his son Brandon E. Heddleson (Anne) of Zanesville; his granddaughter Charlotte; his mother-in-law Carol Sue Spicer of Caldwell; his sister-in-law Connie Sue Donohue of Philo; and his close friends, Jeff and Trena Graves. He is also survived by two brothers; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
