He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Lowe; his daughter Kelly Little; and his siblings, Ethan Lowe, Gordon Lowe and Samuella Lepter.
He is survived by: his parent Hazel Lowe; his wife Dorothy L. Lowe; his children, Gary Fenton (Cherry), David Lowe, Jr., Dale Lowe, Neva Lowe, Frederick Lowe (Jeanette), Michael Shaffer (Sonya), Amanda LaVey (Kevin) and Amber Roush (Matt); and his brother-in-law Doug Lepter. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
