He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lent and Florence Lent (Nicholes). He is survived by: his stepmother Carolyn Lent; his children, Chastin Lee Lent of Cambridge and Larissa Dawn Bartnicki (Brandon) of Bethlehem, WV; his sister Cynthia Stillion (Kent) of Salesville; his stepsister Rachelle Usenick (Dave); and his grandchildren, Natalie Dawn Bartnicki and Mason Hunter Bartnicki. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Dave's memory to The Children's Dyslexia Center of Southeastern Ohio, the International Association for Suicide Prevention; or NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
