He is survived by: his wife Joanie Garlock (Kniseley); his children, William T. Garlock (Christine) of Minerva, OH and Amy J. Hahn (Tom) of Homeworth, OH; and his grandchildren, Mason Hahn, Taryn Hahn, Catie Semer (Hahn), Harlee Garlock, Dylan Garlock, Caleb Garlock and Fallon Garlock.
