He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Erzsebet Bailey; his parents, William T. Bailey, Sr. and Martha Bailey Redden (Schmid); his sisters, Nancy K. Renner and Sally L. Sowers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mindy, Frank Jr., Angeline, Jack, Paige and Jenna.
