With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Leo Altenhof (Salem, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Altenhof and Martha G. Altenhof (Stuckey); and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Ruthann, Ruby and Albert.
He is survived by: his grandson Dalton Hephner; his wife Nancy Altenhof; his children, Douglas Altenhof, William "Chuck" Altenhof and Sonia Hephner (Larry); his granddaughter Kylee Altenhof; and his siblings, Donald, Margaret, John, Mary and Tom.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
