He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduard and Gertrude; his wife Phyllis J. Arnoto; his sister-in-law Nancy; his nephew Gregory; and his uncle Alfred.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Nancy), Kathleen (Tim), Keith (Rebecca) and Danielle; his siblings, Gerhart (Camella), Edward Jr. (Toni) and Ingrid (John); his aunt Herta; and his siblings-in-law, Benjamin and Vivian. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
