He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol O. Miner and Alice L. Miner (Coffman); his wife Marjory Jean Miner (Libert); his stepdaughter Donna Welch; and his siblings, Tom, Carl Miner, Carol Abblett and Mabel Pew.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, John Black of Negley, Nancy Faulkner and Diana Hightland of Salem; and his sisters, Shirley Hartman of Salem and Sandra Wilson-Burkholder of Salem. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
