He was predeceased by: his father Philip Laughlin; his wife Celia Laughlin (Thorpe); and his grandson Alex Laughlin. He is survived by: his children, Kirby L. Laughlin (Jill) of Pittsburgh, PA, James Laughlin (Barbara) of Salem and Lisa Guthrie (Laughlin) of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Lauren Laughlin Horst, Olivia Laughlin, Brett Laughlin and Cade Guthrie. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
