She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Shinn and Iona Shinn (Baringer); her children, Damon Frantz and Denise McQuiston; and her sister Martha Crookston.
She is survived by: her husband Allen K. Frantz; and her sister Donna Shinn of Salem. She is also survived by grandmother, Twila's five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stark Memorial (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alliance Hospice in Twila's name.
