He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn (Zimmerman); his sons, Tom VanHorn of Salem and Shane Davis of Alliance; his siblings, Sandy Bloor of Leetonia, Peggy Clingerman (Ron) of Salem, Richard Davis (Judy) of Salem and Dennis Davis (Ruth) of Salem; his grandchildren, Zach VanHorn, Josh VanHorn, Kayla VanHorn, Kaiden Blair, Zoie Davis, Brandon VanHorn, Sophie Davis and Libbie Davis; and his great grandchildren, Tiara, Dominick, Addilyn and Gunner VanHorn.
