She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vernon Sinsley and Helen Eunice Sinsley Affolter (Hoon); her daughter Katie Mackey; and her siblings, Carol Ann Sinsley and John D. Sinsley.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughters, Jennifer Bentley of Nebraska, Molly Miller (Brennan Rohr) of Alliance and Diane Anthony (Dave) of Harmony; her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kaytelynn, Gregory and Jacob; and her sisters, Helen Michele Parker of East Palestine and Christine Lee Reiter (Rodney) of Damascus.
Susan was a 1965 graduate of East Palestine High School and a Phlebotomist at a blood donation center.
