He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Cibula and Emily Cibula (Rosatka). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Cibula (Miller); his children, Cindy Cowan (Andrew) of Hanoverton, Bernie Cibula of Salem, Jon Cibula of Rochester, NY, Cheryl Cibula of Salem, Karen Cibula of Austintown, David Cibula (Sandra) of Salem, Bryan Cibula (Loretta) of Salem, Kimberly Cibula of Salem and Deborah Cibula of Salem; and his sister Dorothy Oesch. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
