She was predeceased by: her father Dillard D. Heinline; her stepfather Victor Smith; and her daughter Dawn Castilox. She is survived by: her mother Norma Smith (Wheeler) of Salem; her son James Poffenberger of Alliance; and her siblings, Norma Kibler of Salem, Dorothy Darin of Salem, William Palubinski of Salem and Bobbie Mitchell (Brian) of Salem. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
