She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Szelazek and Mary Talley Szelazek. She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Szelazek; her siblings, Victor Slezak (Leslie) of Cedar Grove, NJ, Cyndi Midlick (George) of Lake Milton, OH, Bob Szelazek (Terri) of Petersburg, OH, Ron Szelazek of Winston-Salem, NC and Stanley Szelazek (Clayton) of Florida; her aunts, Peg Talley of New Philadelphia, OH, Carol Friedman (Tom) of Columbiana and Pat Downey of Youngstown; and her uncle Charles Talley of Sweden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
